Our 3m press brake offers up to 135ton across the bed, allowing us to bend both large and very small parts, and our welding cells include Synergic MIG and Pulse TIG facilities to increase our specialist offering.

Our Fabrication facility boasts an array of quality machinery and tooling which compliments our skilled workforce and allows Apex Fabrication Ltd to produce almost anything.
Our welding cells contain a variety of sets, with the latest Migatronic Synergic MIG and Pulsed TIG equipment offering a wide variety of welding processes to be carried out by our experienced fabricators and welders on a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium.
In our bend cell, you will find our Ermaksan Speed Bend press brake with full 3D CNC Control, this offers a 3m working width and up to 135ton across the bed. Our large selection of specialist tooling allows us to bend materials as thin as 0.5mm up to 15mm thick on smaller parts. With the CNC control, the press brake can be controlled from the office and any prototype bending can be designed without any material wastage finding out whether a particular component is possible, reducing both set up time and cost.
Our other major machinery includes a CNC Tube Bender, with capacity up to 76.2mm/3" OD tube, and complete with a range of tooling in common tube and pipe sizes, guillotines, pillar drills with tapping features, plate notchers, a range of saws and other machinery and tooling complete the list.
